As you begin shopping, please keep in the find the following policies:

• Orders will be processed on the 15th of the month or the closest Monday after.
• You may only order 3 items total per order cycle.
• You may only order one of any item per ordering cycle.
• You may only place one order per ordering cycle.
• There are no changes allowed to an order once submitted.
• Orders will be filled based on product availability.

Ways to Earn Points
1. Take CTI-U courses
2. Refer a friend through the Gravity APP (www.thegravityapp.com)

Point Policy

• Each completed course will provide 10,000 points.
• Each completed “section” or component of any given course will provide 1,000 points.
• Eligible external training certificates (from our primary partners) will provide an additional 10,000 points.
